Westminster.
To the abbot and convent of Bordesley. Request and order, upon petition of Walter Shiryngton clerk who at request of the king has a maintenance in that house, to take again letters patent concerning the same by them made, if he will give them up, to admit Thomas Haseley one of the clerks of the crown in chancery to their house, and grant him such maintenance for life as John Wybbe of the Rededyche or any other had within the abbey, making and delivering to him letters patent concerning the same under the common seal of the house, and writing again by the bearer what they will do; as the said Walter is minded that the said Thomas shall have his whole estate therein, and to that end is ready to give up the said letters it is said, praying the king's assent. Charter of demise and feoffment of the manor of Geddynges with lands, rents and services, woods, hedges and ditches, waters, stanks, fisheries, warrens, ways paths, wards, marriages, heriots, reliefs, escheats, views of frankpledge, liberties, suits of court etc. in Brokesbourne, Hoddesdoun and Amwelle, which descended to the grantor after his father's death. Witnesses: Thomas Coke, John Foster, John Statham, Richard Tyler, Peter Bailly, John Hyndewode, Robert Parker. Dated Amwelle, 13 May 9 Henry VI.

John Corbet, son and heir of Thomas Corbet, to John Greville esquire, his heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of the manors of Ebryghton co. Gloucestre and 'Kyngesbromley' co. Stafford, and of all lands, rents and services, and all members thereto belonging. Witnesses: John Blaket knight, John Gode, William Somervyle, Thomas Childe, Robert Wynnesbury. Dated Hayles, Thursday the feast of Corpus Christi 5 Henry VI.

Robert Warner citizen of London to Thomas Pynchoun, Thomas Frowyke, Henry Frowyke, John Fray, Richard Baynarde, Adam Buke, William Combe, John Notebroun, Michael Randolfe, Walter Dawtre, John Stanes of Hese and Henry Aubre, their heirs and assigns. Charter with warranty of four and twenty messuages with gardens adjacent on every side, and 10 acres of arable land in Holbourne without Old Temple bar London co. Middlesex, between a tenement sometime of William Foot on the east, a tenement of the hospital of St. Giles on the west, the high way on the north and 'Fykettesfelde' on the south; also 3 acres of arable land lying dispersedly in the parishes of St. Giles Holbourne and St. Margaret Westminster, whereof 2 acres lie in a field called Merslade between land of the hospital of St. Giles without Old Temple bar and land of the abbot and convent of Westminster, and the third in 'Spenserisfelde' between land of the said master (sic) on either side in the parish of St. Giles. Witnesses: Walter Grene, William Norton, John Gamboun, Robert Hore, Thomas Nansegles, Richard Modoun, Robert Nyke. Dated Holbourne, 20 January 7 Henry VI.

Elizabeth Butiller, daughter and heir of John Bokenale sometime of Chichelley co. Bukingham, in her widowhood, to John Horton of Chichelley, his heirs and assigns. Charter with warranty of all her lands, rents and services in Ekeney in the parish of Chichelley, with hedges, ditches etc., a croft thereto annexed called 'Knyghtescrofte,' and 2 roods of land in the Dene, which descended to her by inheritance after her father's death. Witnesses: John Soham, Roger Savage, Richard Glover, William Andrewe, John Andrewe, Richard Horton, Ralph Webbe. Dated Chichelley, 13 September 9 Henry VI.
Elizabeth Butiller (as above) to Roger Markaunt and Isabel his wife of Pettesho, and to the heirs and assigns of the said Roger. Charter with warranty of all her lands, rents and services in Emberton and Pettesho, with hedges, ditches etc., which descended to her by inheritance after her father's death. Witnesses: Thomas Shelton, John Bowode the elder, John Parys, William Shelton, William Gerbray, Thomas Andrewe. Dated Pettesho, 9 June 8 Henry VI.
Memorandum of acknowledgment of the foregoing charter (sic) at Olney 1 June this year before Walter Fitz Richard esquire, by virtue of a dedimus potestatem which is on the chancery file for this year.
