To the escheator in Essex. Order to take the fealties of Thomas Dale clerk and John Leget chaplain, and to give them livery of the manor of 'Fillolleshalle' in Kelweden with appurtenances in Kelweden, Ferynge, Great Braxstede, Messynge, Inneworth, Bradwelle by Coggeshale, Esthorp, Copforde, Great Bryche, Tolleshunte Treygose, Tolleshunte Knight and Terlynge; as it is found by inquisition, taken before the escheator, that without licence of the king John Bohun knight deceased gave that manor and appurtenances to the said Thomas and John Leget, their heirs and assigns, that they were thereof seised, and that the same is held of the king as of Dovorre castle by the service of one knight's fee, and is taken into the king's hand by death of John Bohun and by reason of that trespass; and for a fine paid in the hanaper the king has pardoned the said trespass, and for 6s. 8d. there paid has respited their homages until Michaelmas next.

To the escheator in Lincolnshire. Order to remove the king's hand and meddle no further with a third part of the manor of Ryby called Loudeham, delivering to Thomas Foljambe the younger, son and heir of Thomas Foljambe esquire and of Margaret his wife one of the sisters and heirs of John Loudeham knight, any issues thereof taken; as the king has learned by inquisition, taken by the escheator, that the deceased held the same as of freehold by the courtesy of England of his said son's heritage, that Thomas the son is of the age of eight and twenty years and more, and that that part is not held of the king.

Order to take of Margaret who was wife of John Grene esquire an oath etc., and in presence of the farmers of her husband's lands, taken into the king's hands by his death and by reason of the nonage of Henry his son and heir, or in presence of their attorneys, to assign her dower.

To the escheator in Cumberland and Westmerland. Order to take of Mary who was wife of William Stapilton the elder an oath etc., and in presence of William Stapilton his son and heir, or of his attorneys, to assign her dower.

To the escheator in Herefordshire and the march of Wales adjacent. Order to take the fealty of John Barre, son of Thomas Barre knight the younger son of Thomas Barre knight, being cousin and heir of Thomas father of Thomas, and to give him seisin of the lands of his grandfather; as he has proved his age before the escheator, and for 2 marks paid in the hanaper the king has respited his homage until Michaelmas day next.
To the escheator in Hertfordshire. Order to give the said John seisin etc.; as for a fine paid in the hanaper the king has respited his homage until a day yet to come, and has commanded the escheator in Herefordshire to take his fealty.

To the escheator in Yorkshire. Order to take the fealty of John Conyers, and to give him and Margery his wife seisin of her purparty of the lands of John lord Darcy and of those held in dower by Elizabeth who was wife of Philip lord Darcy father of the said John; as upon proof of the age of Elizabeth wife of James Strangways the younger, one of the daughters and heirs of Philip Darcy knight who died within age in ward of the late king, son and heir of John lord Darcy, before the then escheator, the king lately took the fealty of the said James, and commanded the then escheator in presence of the said James, Elizabeth, John Conyers and Margery the other daughter and heir, or of their attorneys, to make a partition of the said lands into two equal parts, and to give the said James and Elizabeth seisin of her purparty, keeping in the king's hand the purparty of the said Margery until further order, with proviso that either of the heirs and parceners should have a share of the lands held in chief and be a tenant of the king; and John Conyers has proved the age of the said Margery before the escheator.
To the escheator in Notynghamshire and Derbyshire. Like order, mutatis mutandis; as John Conyers has proved the age of the said Margery before the escheator in Yorkshire, and the king has commanded that escheator to take his fealty.

To the constable of Farnham castle or his lieutenant, and to other the officers and ministers of Henry bishop of Winchester. Order to receive from John Collegge serjeant at arms, and to keep in custody within that castle, John Barbour who was arrested by William Fauconer by virtue of the king's commission to him and others addressed, and was brought before the king in chancery, so that by no means he be delivered until he be examined by the abbot of Chertesey, vicar general of the said bishop in his absence, or by commissaries having special authority in the bishop's name, touching propositions and allegations against him made by the said vicar general or commissaries on behalf of holy church and the catholic faith, and until further order for his deliverance by them or one of them.

To Richard duke of York and earl of March. Order to pay to Katherine the queen mother 53l. 6s. 8d. a year for life, and the arrears; as among other castles, honours, lordships, towns, manors, islands, commotes, fee farms, rents, moneys, lands etc. of the late king as well of the crown, the principality and the duchy of Cornwall as of the king's heritage of Cheshire by him granted to the said queen in dower, the king has assigned to her the fee farm of 53l. 6s. 8d. of the castle and lordship of Mongomery and Belte in Wales, payable from the late king's death by the hands of the earl of March for her life.

To the escheator in Bukinghamshire. Like order concerning one knight's fee (sic) in Denache and the fees (above mentioned) in Knoteshille, Radelle and Hulle, tenants and extents (as above).
To the escheator in Oxfordshire. Like order concerning the parts of fees (above mentioned) in Wardyngton and Little Burton, tenants and extents (as above).
To the escheator in Derbyshire. Like order concerning the third part of one knight's fee in Bretteby, tenant and extent (as above).
To the escheator in Suffolk. Like order, mutatis mutandis, concerning the advowson of Dodenasshe priory extended at 20 marks a year, of Bungey priory at 40 marks, of Theberton church at 20l., of Shaddenesfelde church at 5 marks, of Ikene church at 100s., of Tremeleye St. Mary church at 4 marks, of Kirketon church at 40s., of Helmeleye church at 100s., of Blaxhale church at 10 marks, of Framlyngham church at 20l., of Asshe church at 40s., of Bromeswelle church at 40s., of Eyke church at 10 marks, of Tunstall church at 10l., of Clopton church at 10l., of Earl Soham church at 10l., of Stonham Earl church at 100s., of Donyngworth church at 40s., of Kelishale church at 20l., of Hollisle church at 40s., of Hoo church at 5 marks, and of Kenet church at 5 marks, all in Suffolk, which the king has assigned to the said Katherine of the advowsons of the said duke, assigning to her also the advowsons of Tynterne abbey co. To the escheator in Essex. Like order concerning the advowson of Great Chesterforde church, extended (as above).
