York.
To the sheriff of York. Order to cause proclamation to be made, that all fencible lieges of the county of whatsoever estate, degree or condition shall upon warning received be ready within one day at their peril arrayed and furnished as their estate requires, as with armour and other things which concern the furnishing of their persons, to march and resist the king's enemies; as the king has information that his enemies, especially of Scotland, are disposing themselves to inflict mischief, plunder and damage upon him, his realm and lieges to the utmost of their power, and his will is to see to the defence of the realm and resist their malice, as he is bound to do.

Quitclaim with warranty of the whole manor of Assheboleyn and Wytcombe and all lands, rents, services etc. in the hundred of Meretoke co. Somerset in their possession.
