John Vyell of Bristol the younger to John Palmer. Recognisance for 100l., to be levied etc. in the county of Bristol.
Condition, that Richard Luttelton prior of St. Augustine Bristol and Joan who was wife of John Fyssher of Bristol, executors of John Fyssher, shall before Easter day next render account to John Palmer for the time John Fyssher was receiver of his merchandise and moneys in Bristol, to be audited before John Baroun and Walter Power of Bristol merchants, auditors appointed by common assent of the parties, and on their part shall perform all that shall be by the auditors found and adjudged; and if before that day the auditors shall not have made an end, that the executors shall appear in chancery in the quinzaine of Easter.
