John Lescrop knight to the king. Recognisance for 1,000 marks, to be levied etc. in Yorkshire.
Condition, that he shall abide and perform the award of William bishop of Lincoln and Humphrey earl of Stafforde by him chosen, William bishop of Salisbury and Richard earl of Salisbury by William Fitz Hugh knight, or of other like persons to be by them severally chosen in case those arbitrators or one of them shall be absent, and of John Juyn chief justice to hold pleas before the king and John Fray chief baron of the exchequer indifferently nominated for the parties, concerning the title and possession of the manors, lands etc. sometime of Henry Lescrop knight brother of the said John, claimed by William Fitz Hugh by virtue of letters patent of the late king to Henry Fitz Hugh knight his father, such award to be made before Whitsuntide next; and if not made by that date, the award of Humphrey duke of Gloucestre and Henry the cardinal of England as umpires chosen by common consent, so that their award be made before St. Peter's Chains next.

To the abbot and convent of Glastonbury. Order to take again and cancel letters patent under their seal concerning a corrody which John Testwode the king's servant, one of the clerks of his chapel, has for life within that abbey, to admit Richard Barnet to their house and minister to him for life that corrody as fully as John Testwode or any other before him had the same, making and delivering to him other letters patent under the common seal of the house with mention of what he shall take, and writing again by the bearer what they will do; as the said John is minded to surrender his letters to the end that the king may grant the corrody to the said Richard, and the king has granted the same to him for life.
