Robert Chylde of Codreth and Thomas Chylde his son and heir to John duke of Exeter, his heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of all lands, rents, services and reversions in Clothale co. Hertford called Mundens in his possession, sometime of John Chylde and Margery his wife, with proviso that this warranty shall only bar them and their heirs, and not extend to rendering the value of the premises in case they be recovered in time to come.
