Condition, that before Easter day next John Moris or his nominees shall by charter indented at the cost of the president and fellows made them a good estate in lands of the yearly value of 10 marks over and above reprises in Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Huntingdonshire or Norhamptonshire, under a condition that within one month after the president and fellows shall by charter indented give a parcel of such lands of the yearly value of 6 marks to the said John and Elizabeth his wife and to the heirs of their bodies with remainder to the right heirs of John Morys, and by another charter indented shall give the residue thereof to John Morys or his nominees and to their heirs, discharged of all charges save such as were thereupon laid at the date of purchase, under a condition for defeasance of both those charters in case the president and fellows or their successors shall by the said John and Elizabeth or by the heirs of their bodies in time to come be thrust out of the lands etc. in Cantebrigge which the president and fellows have by gift of the said John and Elizabeth.
Cancelled, for that on 6 May 20 Edward IV John Rypplyngham clerk, attorney of the said president and fellows, did appear in chancery and acknowledge that the above condition was fulfilled.

'To alle cristyn men be hit knowen that y John Harneys meved and stered by myne owne conscience withoute eny other mannys wommans or childe mocioun or labour of the occupacion and enheritaunce of the maner of Chevenynge, the which was entailled be fyne to oon William Chevenynge and to the heirs of his body lawfully begotyn, and for the faute of issue to the ryght heyrus of the saide William, the which William had issue John and Sare, John had issue Elizabeth the which was wedded to oon Emonde Harneys and had issue oon John the which had issue me, and for as moche as the sayde Elizabeth my graundedame and also a notable clerk at the tyme beyng person of Chevenyng y called maistor Thomas person enfourmed me that my graundesire was apostata and so the mariage betwene the sayde Elizabeth and the sayde my graundsire not lawfulle ne here issue in my consciens lawfully begotyn and so in my consciens bothe the possession of my fader and also myne wrongfull ayenst the right heyres and also my consciens mevid me to declare how falseley my dame in lawe occupied divers londes and tenementes that been of the same londes so entayled, claymynge hem by the will of my fader whom by here false imaginacioun sclowe by this mene, oon William Typpynge helde her in advowtrie by the dayes of my fader, and my fader and y toke hem to gider and made the sayde Typpynge make a suerte that he shulde no more have to do with her ne come no more in my fader howse, and afterward they levyd in suche avowtrie as they dyde a fore, and they perceyvynge that my fader lay diverse tymes awayte for theym and aspied their mysgovernance they bothe hired iij. sowdeours to sle my sayde fader of the which oon schotte hym with an arowe at saint Thomas Wateryng by the which shotte he was dede with ynne a day and a night, my fader saying to me and to here at the tyme of hys dyinge that she and the sayde Typpynge were cause of hys detthe, and after the detthe of the sayde my fader y fonde hem bothe to gidre ayene and so my consciens meved me and sterid to opyn thys mater, seyng her occupie the sayde londes by the clayme of the wyll of my sayde fader whom she sclowe so falseley, and also seenge that the wille of my fader was contrarie and also seyng her occupacioun contrari to the taylle by the fyne above sayde.'
