William atte Woode citizen and 'hosier' of London, cousin and heir of Thomas Wrottyng of Theydon Gernon co. Essex 'mason,' namely son of Agnes his daughter, to Reynold prior of St. Bartholomew 'Westsmythffeld' London and the convent, and to their successors. General release of all actions, suits, plaints, claims and demands. Dated 3 January 30 Henry VI.

Condition, that if the prior or any of his successors be impleaded or troubled by the said William, or by any issue of the body of Agnes his mother, daughter of Thomas Wrottyng of Theydon Gernon 'mason,' the executors or administrators of the said Thomas or their executors for 60l. or any parcel thereof by his will appointed for profit or relief of the sons or daughters of the said Agnes, or for his 'household' utensils, within fifteen days after warning received the said William or his executors shall pay all damages and costs.
