piece of land adjacent, situate in the street called 'Shop Rowe'

north and abutting upon a tenement of John Wyot on the south,
and it extends from the said street on the east to the churchyard
of St. Margaret on the west; also their curtilage and appurtenances there called 'Squerelleshaugh' in 'Litell Newstrete'
between 'Palmerstenement' on the west and a curtilage of John
Pyper on the east, and their garden called 'Trewes' in that street
on the west side of a house of John Wyot, all which descended
