Thomas Raynham 'gentilman,' William Denton 'mercer' and William Deryng 'gentilman,' all of London, to Richard Choke serjeant at law and Agnes Drewe, late the wife of Thomas Drewe. Recognisance for 400l., to be levied etc. in the city of London.
Condition, that within one month after he shall recover against the said Agnes in the Guilhall court of London four messuages with appurtenances in the parish of St. Anthony London or any parcel thereof, Thomas Raynham shall make her a good estate therein for life without impeachment of waste, and shall suffer her and her assigns during her life peaceably to occupy the same without being impleaded or molested by him, his heirs or assigns.

Condition, that whereas by letters patent of 26 November last, the king by advice of the council has granted them licence by themselves, their factors or attorneys, native or alien, in the port of London to ship once or divers times as they shall please four hundred sacks of wool of their own or of others, natives or aliens, in carracks, galleys, hulks or other ships, and take the same over beyond the mountains, all that wool shall be truly taken thither, and within one year after shipment letters sealed in some good town beyond the mountains shall be brought into chancery witnessing that the same is taken over thither.
