Thomas Kebeell serjeant at law, by decree of John archbishop of Canterbury the chancellor, to John son of Sir William Catesby, his heirs and assigns. Gift by charter of the manor of Olthorpe co. Northampton, with 100 acres of land and 300 acres of pasture therein, which he held by gift of John Catesby esquire: and appointment of Thomas Noreys and Thomas Barker as his attorneys etc. to convey seisin of the same. Witnesses: William Haldenby gentleman, William Clynt clerk, Henry Atwode, Richard Gibbys, Henry Coke. Dated Olthorpe, 4 July, 3 Henry VII.
