John Hereberd of London 'gardyner' to Peter Turk. Recognisance for 80 marks, to be levied etc. of his lands and chattels in the city of London.
Robert Charlys knight lord of Clyf to William de Bisshopdale of Newcastle upon Tyne, his heirs and assigns. Charter with quitclaim and warranty of all lands etc. in Maunby upon Swale, Kirby Wysk and Newsum co. York. Witnesses: Richard Lescrope the chancellor, Herskwyn de Clesby, John de Gunwardby, Geoffrey de Synethwayt, Thomas del Chambre, Sampson Hardyng, Thomas de Heryngton. Dated Wednesday after the Conversion of St. Paul 2 Richard II.
