To the mayor and last constable of the staple of Quenesburgh, now transferred to Sandewich. Order to assemble at Sandewich all merchants of the staple in Kent and there to elect a mayor and two constables of the staple, certifying their names in chancery before the Purification under the common seal appointed for the staple of Quenesburgh. By bill of the treasurer.

To the sheriff of Kent. Order to assemble at Sandewich all merchants of the staple in Kent, so that they may elect a mayor and two constables of the staple there to be held; and order to be present, and move the said merchants so to do, certifying in chancery his action before the Purification. By the same bill.
To the collectors of customs and subsidies in the port of Quenesburgh. Order to repair to Sandewich at a day to be appointed by the mayor and constable of the staple of Quenesburgh, and to assist them in the election of a mayor and two constables of the staple, taking such order that the staple to be held at Sandewich shall be ruled according to the ordinance. By the same bill.
To the collectors of customs and subsidies in the port of Quenesburgh. Order to suffer all wool, hides and woolfells now cocketed and customed in that port to be there laded and taken to the staple of Calais, and when that is done to cause the seal called 'coket' in that port to be closed up so that it be not opened, and that no other wool, hides, woolfells or wares pass from that port until further order.
