Sept. 5.
Westminster.
To Alan de Buxhull constable of the Tower of London, and to his lieutenant. Order to receive from him who shall deliver them, and keep in custody in the Tower until further order, John atte Halle of Dovorre, John Monyn of Dovorre, John Godard of Sandewich, Lawrence Cundy mayor of Sandewich, Thomas Copedok, John Panys of Sandewich, Hugh atte Welle of Sandewich, William son of William Ive, Seman atte Tonge of Feversham and John Dreylond; as at the king's command they have this day appeared before the council, and by advice of the council the king has made order for their custody in the Tower for a set time.
