Westminster.
To William Molyns and his fellows guardians of the peace in Bukinghamshire. Writ of supersedeas in favour of Richard Shawe, William Haselus and William Raulyn clerks in regard to taking security of them; as William Chamberleyn, Richard Oildebof, John Houden and William Balle have mainperned in chancery under a pain of 40l. that they shall do or procure no bodily hurt or harm to Richard Gregory.

John Kynebell of Saldene to Thomas Saukeville knight of Bukinghamshire, his heirs and assigns. Quitclaim of the manor of Crofton in the parish of Wyenge co. Bukingham and all other lands in Crofton that were of Aubrey Chamberleyn. Witnesses: Reynold Malyns knight, John Cheyne knight, Edmund Stonore, John James, John Olney. Dated Falle co. Roger de Harewell the elder to Thomas Seward of Schafton co. Dorset. Release of all actions, plaints and demands real and personal by reason of a statute of the staple whereby the said Thomas was bound to him in 100l. before William Walleworth then mayor of the staple of Westminster, or of any other contract or debt. Dated London, 17 February 3 Richard II.

Indenture made 15 February 3 Richard II, reciting a dispute and pleas between the dean and chapter of Wells and Peter de Yevelton touching claims of the said Peter to divers profits upon the soil or lordship of the dean and chapter in their manors of Northcori, Westhache and Knapp co. Somerset, to wit hunting, fishing, fowling and common of pasture in all places therein, as pertaining to his freehold of Mere of them held within the manor of Northcori, whereupon it is found by divers charters of kings produced that the dean and chapter have warren in all their demesne lands, and by divers inquisitions that all fisheries in all rhines and waters within those manors are several fisheries pertaining to the dean and chapter, and that all their lands, meadows and pastures therein are theirs in severalty at all times of the year and have been time out of mind, save that the said Peter and his ancestors had common of pasture pertaining to the said freehold in particular places with the tenants of the dean and chapter, namely from the east side of the tenements of Robert Forde and John Pode of Westhache to the town of Northcori, and upon the moors called Seggemour, Stathmore, Corimour and Folkesmour at all times of the year as other free tenants and neifs, and had a gestum every year on Christmas day of the dean and chapter in their chamber at Northcori, and so it is adjudged by the justices appointed to hear and determine the said claims; and after upon true examination by friends of the parties it is found that the judgment is true and just, and the said Peter approves and confirms the same, saving his said common and gestum which the dean and chapter hereby grant and confirm, and he quitclaims to them and their successors all right in the said manors, releasing all actions real and personal, saving as aforesaid.
