Indenture of defeasance of a bond in 100l., wherein John de Waltham clerk is bound to John de York of Beverley, upon condition that the said clerk shall after one year when required, or without request upon the death of John de York, make a release to John de Norhampton citizen and draper of London, his heirs and assigns, of all lands in Beverley which the said citizen and clerk have by feoffment of John de York. Dated Bristol, Friday after Trinity 3 Richard II.
