Westminster.
To the sheriff of Worcester. Writ of supersedeas omnino in respect of the king's order for election of a verderer of Kynefare forest instead of John de Perton knight, upon information that he is sick and aged; as the king is particularly informed that the forest is not in Worcestershire, nor any parcel thereof.

Henry de Percy earl of Northumberland to Sir John de Akom clerk and John de Mitford, their heirs and assigns. Charter with warranty of the manor of Petworth co. Sussex with lands, rents, services of freeholders and neifs etc., advowsons of priories and churches, knights' fees, chaces, parks etc. Witnesses: Richard earl of Arundell, William de Monte Acuto earl of Salisbury, Edward Seint Johan, Edward Dallyngrege, William Percy knights. Dated Petworth, 1 October 7 Richard II.
Henry de Percy earl of Northumberland to Robert de Loxley and Richard del Strode. Letter of attorney, appointing them to give John de Akome parson of Petworth and John de Mitforth seisin of the manor of Petworth, the members etc. Dated (as the last).
Memorandum of acknowledgment of the foregoing charter and writing in chancery at Westminster, 4 December.
John de Akom parson of Petworth and John de Mitford to Henry de Percy earl of Northumberland and Maud his wife, and to the said earl's heirs. Charter of the manor of Petworth etc. (as above), whereof the earl lately made them a charter of feoffment. Witnesses: Edmund fitz Herberd, William Percy, Edward Seint Johan knights, Robert de Loxley, John Pedeferre. Dated Petworth, 2 November 7 Richard II.
