Oseney.
To the treasurer and the barons of the exchequer. Writ of supersedeas in respect of their demand upon John fitz Nichol for any sums or debts received in the late king's time as debt or prest under the name of Thomas de Melbourne or his own for wages or reward of war, as the king has pardoned him all such debts etc. By letter of the signet.

Westminster.
To the keeper of the hanaper of chancery for the time being. Order to pay to John de Scardeburgh the king's clerk 100s. a year and the arrears since 5 March 8 Richard II, on which date the king granted him for life 100s. a year of the issues of the hanaper.

To John Briggeford escheator in Notynghamshire and Derbyshire. Order in presence of the next friends of William her husband's son and heir to assign dower to Agnes who was wife of John Deyncourt; as the king has taken of her an oath etc.
The like to John Coton escheator in Lincolnshire.
To John Brode of Smethe escheator in Kent. Order to take the fealty of John Bonevylle, son of William Bonevylle knight, who has taken to wife Elizabeth daughter of John fitz Roger brother of Thomas fitz Roger, being cousin and heir of the said Thomas, and to give John Bonevylle and Elizabeth seisin of her said uncle's lands; as he has proved her age before Richard Virgo escheator in Somerset.

To the mayor and bailiffs of Lenne. Order at their peril to arrest all ships in that port which used to cross to Gascony in time of vintage to fetch wine and are able so to do, and to cause them with all speed to come to Sandewich, taking of singular the owners and masters security that they shall not pass with them nor depart from Sandewich until further order.
To the mayor and bailiffs of Bristol. Order to arrest all ships in that port (as above described), and to keep them under arrest, taking etc. (as the last, but omitting the word Sandewich).
