Writ of supersedeas, by mainprise of Stephen de Parys, John Fisshelak, Henry Wolman and John Malhum, all of York, in favour of John de Kendale the younger at suit of John Burgeys clerk against him and Joan who was wife of John de Kendale, executors of John de Kendale, for render of 40l.

York.		 To the same. Writ of supersedeas, by mainprise of John Galtres, John Brun', Adam Champman and William Hakscate of York, in favour of Thomas de Staynton of Staynton 'boucher' at suit of John de Cawode of York 'boucher' for debt.

Beverley.		 To the sheriffs of London. Like writ, mutatis mutandis, in favour of John Croftes of Stretton at suit of John de Scardeburgh for debt, by mainprise of Robert de Haldenby of Yorkshire, John Belwode of Lincolnshire and Thomas Fisshere of Laxton of Notynghamshire.
Memorandum of a mainprise under a pain of 200l., made in chancery 10 August this year by Robert Haytfelde, Simon Cursoun, John de Thweyt and Adam Burgeys of Yorkshire for Robert Barnby, that he shall do or procure no hurt or harm to the abbot of Roche, the monks his fellows or their servants.
