Henry Cooke parson of Wolston to Simon Gaunstede and Henry Maupas clerks. Recognisance for 100 marks, to be levied etc. of his lands and chattels and church goods in Gloucestershire.
Condition, that Henry Cooke shall pay 27 marks 12s. 7½d. at Easter next and 27 marks at Midsummer following.
William Boys esquire of Bukinghamshire to John Elham and Henry Elys, their heirs and assigns. Charter with warranty of the manor of Shardelowe with all lands, rents and reversions in the parish of Agmondesham [and in] Little Musenden co. Bukingham. Witnesses: William Hampton, John Berton, John Pasforde, Peter Cornewaylle, Thomas Swanlond, John Bayly, John Wynkebourne, John Myldenale. Dated 15 December 20 Richard II.

Edmund Owelake otherwise Olake to William Audeley esquire. Recognisance for 20l., to be taken etc. of his lands and chattels in the county of Suthampton.
Sir Roger de Northwode knight and Stephen Paytevyn. Indenture witnessing a grant to Sir Roger, his heirs and assigns, of the whole manor of Northwodeschepeie, as the said Stephen and Robert Gerard deceased had the same by his feoffment, the marsh called Storke parcel of the said manor excepted, reciting the feoffment made without condition to the said Stephen and Robert, their heirs and assigns, and a quitclaim enrolled in chancery of the said marsh by Sir Roger after made to the said Stephen, his heirs and assigns, in his possession being. Dated Northwodeschepeie, 25 January 21 Richard II. Witnesses: Bartholomew Seintleger, William Cheyne, Thomas Beneyt, John Norton, Richard Craumber'.
Memorandum of acknowledgment at Frendesbury 11 February before the prior of Rouchestre, by virtue of a dedimus potestatem which is on the file for this year.

Thomas Stokkes and Alice his wife to William Cornwaille the younger and his assigns. Indenture of lease for fifty years of the manor of Sheldeswelle, the advowson excepted, rendering yearly during his life 20 marks to the lessors and the longer liver of them, power being reserved to enter again and hold the manor in their first estate if the rent be six weeks unpaid; and covenant that on the decease of the lessee the said term shall cease, and the manor shall revert to the lessors for their lives, so that after the decease of all the parties the same shall remain to the right heirs of the said William's body by Cicely late his wife, daughter of the lessors. Dated 16 December 21 Richard II.
