Westminster.
To the prior and convent of Coventre for the time being. Order during the life of Elizabeth Tryvet to pay to Thomas duke of Surrey, John duke of Exeter and William Lescrope earl of Wiltesir 50l. a year, and to pay them the arrears since the death of William de Drayton knight; as by letters patent of 14 February last the king granted them the 50l. a year which William de Drayton in his life time by grant of the king took by the hands of the prior and convent of the rent of the moiety of the town of Coventre co. Warrewyk called 'Erlespart,' to be taken from the death of William de Drayton during the life of the said Elizabeth.
