Margaret daughter and heir of Thomas de Longedoun son of Walter de Longedoun brother of John de Longedoun of Amynton to Adam Seyntclere of Amynton and Margaret his wife, being tenants in possession of all the lands etc. in Amynton and Waverton of John Longedoun whose heir the said Margaret is, and to the heirs and assigns of the said Adam. Quitclaim with warranty of all the tenements aforesaid. Witnesses: Sir Richard Vernoun knight, John de Ardeyne lord of Elforde, Nicholas Bruyne lord of Bromkote, Thomas Stoke esquire, John Cumburforde, both of Tamworth. Dated Tamworth, Saturday after the Annunciation 21 Richard II.
