Writ of supersedeas, and order by mainprise of Robert Beche 'goldsmyth,' John Bartilmewe 'tournour,' William Crabbe 'skynner' and Richard Palmere 'taillour' of the city of London to set free John Pecche of London 'goldsmyth' and Constance his wife, if taken at suit of William Maundevylle and Agnes his wife averring threats.
Thomas le Despenser earl of Gloucestre to Roger de Mortuo Mari earl of March and Ulster and to his heirs. Quitclaim of the castle, lordship, town, manor and honour of Dymbiegh, the cantreds of Roos, Reyweynoke and Kayermergh, the commote of Dynmail, the castles and lordships of Usk, Kaerlyon, Tregruke, Trilleke, Clifforde and Glasebury, the knights' fees, advowsons and appurtenances, and of all other manors, lordships, lands, rents, services, reversions, liberties, royalties, royal jurisdictions and possessions in England, Wales and the march of Wales which were of Hugh le Despenser great great grandfather of the said Thomas, Hugh le Despenser his great grandfather, his ancestors or one of them, and were at any time held by Edmund late earl of March, father of the now earl of March and Ulster, by inheritance or by the courtesy of England in demesne, service or reversion, or are by the now earl held to his own use by in heritance in demesne etc. or otherwise. Witnesses: Roger archbishop of Canterbury, Edmund bishop of Exeter the chancellor, Guy bishop of St. Davids, Thomas duke of Surrey, John duke of Exeter, Henry earl of Northumberland, William earl of Wiltesir, John de Charleton lord of Powys, John lord Lovell, Hugh lord Burnell.
