lordship, town, manor and honour of Dymbiegh, the cantreds of Roos,
Reyweynoke and Kayermergh, the commote of Dynmail, the castles
and lordships of Usk, Kaerlyon, Tregruke, Trilleke, Clifforde and
Glasebury, the knights' fees, advowsons and appurtenances, and of
all other manors, lordships, lands, rents, services, reversions, liberties,
royalties, royal jurisdictions and possessions in England, Wales and
the march of Wales which were of Hugh le Despenser great great
grandfather of the said Thomas, Hugh le Despenser his great grandfather, his ancestors or one of them, and were at any time held
by Edmund late earl of March, father of the now earl of March and
Ulster, by inheritance or by the courtesy of England in demesne,
service or reversion, or are by the now earl held to his own use by in
heritance in demesne etc. or otherwise. Witnesses: Roger archbishop
