Translation from the church of Rochester to that of Worcester, void at the apostolic see, and therefore reserved to the pope, by the cession to the pope of John, now a bishop in the universal church. Before receiving possession of the rule and administration, he is to take to the bishops of Lincoln and Hereford the usual oath of fealty according to the form enclosed. Credite nobis dispensationis.
