To Patrick called ‘Persim,’ who in ignorance of the law accepted the rectory of St. Mary's, Forest, in the diocese of Glasgow, value 10l. and held it for eleven years, without being ordained. Dispensation to hold a benefice. Six years’ fruits of St. Mary's are to be paid to the papal camera by next Michaelmas.
