Power to Hugh le Despenser, justice of the forest this side Trent, and John de Insula, baron of the Exchequer, to arrent in fee simple the king's wastes, whether of his own soil or of the soil of others, with the consent of the lords thereof, appertaining to the king according to the assize of the forest, in the forests this side Trent, and to sell the underwood, dead, dry and green wood and old oaks not bearing fruit or leaf in the said forests, chaces, hays and parks and to assart the same, and certify the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer of such arrentation, the number of acres delivered to every person, where, and at how much and in what manner, and the king will give charters thereof if necessary. They are also to certify the said treasurer and barons in like manner of such sales of wood and answer for the same at the Exchequer.

Grant to Henry de Lancastre and Matilda his wife, daughter and heir of Patrick de Cadurcis, that the said Henry may continue to pay the debts of the said Patrick to the Exchequer at the rate of 20 marks a year at Easter and Michaelmas in like manner as the said Patrick had licence from the king to do.
