Capt. James Sharland to the Navy Commissioners. I am thankful for your letter of the 2nd, allowing me a chirurgeon and as many men more as will make up the number to thirty. The vessel is now well fitted to use her guns and well supplied at Kinsale with things for present use except cables. I am now at Chester water, attending the coming of some moneys for Ireland.
