Thomas Jackson to Edward Moore. Requesting him to look into the survey of the Abbey of Old Malton and to send him a note of when it came to the Crown and when the site thereof was granted from the Crown and when the tithes of New Malton were granted to and when granted from the Crown and whether the petty tithes of New Malton were reserved to the Crown. With notes at the foot by Moore in answer and also that he deserves 10s. for the searches and notes and has received only 3s. [S.P. Dom., Car. II. 441, No. 146.]
March 23. Debenture to the Vicars Choral of Lincoln Cathedral for 5l. payable out of the rectory of Sharnbrooke, Bedfordshire, for the year ended Michaelmas last. With note that the said pension, not being reprised out of the purchase of the fee farm rent of 11l. due for the said rectory, is yearly to be allowed by his Majesty and paid by Mr. Jones, receiver of the said county.
