May 4. An exact or true duplicate by three of the Commissioners appointed by the said Act of each parish, tithing or place in the Hundreds of Williton Freemanors and Carhampton, Somerset shire, containing the sums assessed with the collectors' names of each by virtue of the Act for raising money by a seventeen months' assessment for building thirty ships. In three columns, the first containing the monthly sums assessed, the second the quarterly and the third the two months' or last payment, showing a total assessment for the two Hundreds of 1,766l. 16s. 11¾d.
