Commissioners for piracy within the County of Southampton. The
absence of the Vice-Admiral of the county was not sufficient cause to
prevent them from proceeding in the matters of piracy. The mayor
of Southampton and other officers in privileged places have no right
to oppose them. |

charged with having received the goods taken by pirates from John
