heavy charges, and opportunity will be afforded for concealing goods.
Proposal that the Privy Seal be called in, and grievances removed,
by a speedy redress afforded to all complainants of unjust inquisitions; or, if the King be determined to continue it, that at least the
gathering in of his debts be excepted therefrom. |
