November 21. Same to the Salt Commissioners of the petition of Francis Partis and Company shewing that they are utterly unable to pay 6s. 8d. in the £ for their Salt bonds debt of 6700l. : therefore praying to compound at 12d. per £. Ibid., p. 193.
