Privilege.

It is Ordered, That Thomas Stanman, Servant to William Morrice, Esquire, Burgess of Dunton in Wiltshire, arrested in London, at the Suit of * Tournour, shall have Privilege.

Severn.

2. For three several Wears to be raised upon Severn.

Victuallers.

3. The Bill for Keepers of Inns, Alehouses, and other Victualling Houses, to be bound by Recognizance. - Jud'm.

It is Ordered, That the Lord Chancellor may direct the King's Writ of Attachment to the President of the King's Council in the North Parts, to attach Henry Wetheryngton, and other, upon the Complaint of Sir Robert Brandlyng Knt. Burgess of Newcastle, exhibited to the Nether House.
