Prayers.
Delinquents Estates.
MR. Garland reports from the Committee, to whom the Additional Bill for Sale of Delinquents Estates was referred, A Question for the Resolution of the Parliament, in these Words; viz. "Whether the Estate of a Person, that hath been, by Authority of Parliament, duly adjudged a Delinquent, and never lawfully discharged thereof, shall be accounted under actual Sequestration, though no Rents or Profits of such Delinquents Estates were received, to the Use of the Commonwealth, the First of December 1651.
Mr. Garland also reports A List of the Names of Persons under actual Sequestration.
He also reports A List of the Names of such Delinquents, who are in Arrear of their latter Moieties, or of Part of their latter Moieties.
Forfeited Estates.
The House resumed the Debate upon the Additional Act for Sale of several Lands and Estates forfeited to the Commonwealth for Treason.
Resolved, That John Gifford of Eastbury, in the County of Berks, Gentleman, be inserted into this Bill.
