Prayers.

JOHN Zeckell, Son of Matthew Zeckell, born in Rumberge in Lusatia, did this Day take the Oaths of Supremacy and Allegiance at the Clerk's Table, in order to his Naturalization.

Rivers' Estate.

A Bill to enable a Sale of the Lands and Tenements late of Edward Rivers Esquire, to pay his Debts, was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, That this Bill be read again, the Second time, on This-day-sevennight, the first Bill.

Fens in Lincolneshire.

Ordered, That Sir Charles Hussey, Lord Herbert, Sir Anthony Irby, and Mr. Long, do look into the Act made primo Jacobi, for draining certain Fenny Grounds, therein mentioned, in Lincolneshire, undertaken by Thomas Lovell Esquire; and have Liberty to bring in a Bill to restrain the Proviso in that Act; and to provide, that the Work of draining those Fens may be effectually performed.

Wilts County Court.

A Bill for Regulating the County Court for the County of Wilts, was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, That this Bill be read again, the Second time, on This-day-sevennight.

Clithero Copyholders.

An ingrossed Bill to confirm several Decrees heretofore made, for confirming the Estates of several Tenants and Copyholders of the Manor of Clithero, in the County of Lancaster, was this Day read the Third time.

Resolved, upon the Question, That the said Bill do pass: And that the Title of the said Bill shall be, An Act for confirming the Copyhold Estates of divers of his Majesty's Copyhold Tenants, within the Honour of Clitherow in the County Palatine of Lancaster, Parcel of the Duchy of Lancaster, according unto several Decrees in the Court of Duchy Chamber of the said County Palatine.

Rannes Manor.

An ingrossed Bill for the confirming the Estates of several Tenants and Copyholders of the Manors of Rannes, Irchester, and Russheen, and several other Manors, Parcels of the Duchy of Lancaster, was this Day read the Third time.

Resolved, upon the Question, That this Bill do pass: And that the Title shall be, An Act for confirming the Estates of several Tenants and Copyholders of the Manors of Rannes, Irchester, and Russheen, and several other Manors, Parcels of the Duchy of Lancaster.

And Mr. Attorney of the Duchy is to carry up both these Bills to the Lords.

Confirming Acts.

Sir Thomas Meeres reports Amendments from the Committee to whom the Bill for confirming several Acts of the last Assembly was committed: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and afterwards delivered in at the Clerk's Table.

Which said Amendments being once read;

The Question was put, That the Debate of the Matter upon the said Amendments, shall be adjourned till Tomorrow;

It passed in the Negative.

And the First Amendment, being in the Second Sheet of the Bill, After the Word "Proceedings," in the Fourth Line, unto the Word "one," in the Eleventh Line, leave out all these Words; viz. "One other Act, intituled, An Act for the present Nominating of Commissioners of Sewers: One other Act, intituled, An Act for a perpetual Anniversary Thanksgiving on the Nine-and-twentieth Day of May: One other Act, intituled, An Act for Restraining the Taking of excessive Usury: One other Act, intituled, An Act for Enabling the Soldiers of the Army, now to be disbanded, to exercise Trades: One other Act intituled, An Act for the Confirming and Restoring of Ministers: One other Act, intituled, An Act for the Encouraging and Increasing of Shipping and Navigation."

Resolved, upon the Question, That this House doth agree to the said Amendment.

And the Second Amendment, being in the Second Sheet, after the Word "Colchester," in the Thirteenth Line, leave out all the Words contained in the Second Sheet; viz. these Words following; "One other Act, intituled, An Act for the Confirmation of Leases and Grants from Colleges and Hospitals; One other Act, intituled, An Act for prohibiting the Exportation of Wool, Wool Fells, Fullers Earth, or any kind of securing Earth; One other Act, intituled, An Act for Confirmation of Marriages; One other Act, intituled, An Act for prohibiting the Planting, Setting, or Sowing of Tobacco in England and Ireland; One other Act, intituled, An Act for Impowering the Master of the Rolls for the Time being, to make Leases for Years, in order to new-build the old Houses belonging to the Rolls;" was likewise read the Second time.

Resolved, upon the Question, That this House doth agree to the said Amendment.

College Leases, &c.

Resolved also, That the same Committee to whom the said Bill was referred, do prepare and bring in a particular Bill for confirming the Act made for confirming of Leases and Grants made by Colleges and Hospitals, as to this Particular.

Resolved, That the Debate of the Matter, upon the rest of the Amendments to this Bill, be adjourned till Tuesday Morning, at Ten of the Clock.

Leave to attend Lords.

Resolved, That such Members of this House, as are of Counsel with Sir Henry Frederick Thyn, have the Leave of this House to attend the Lords, and be of Coursel with the said Sir Henry Frederick Thyn, upon the Bill sent from this House, and now before the Lords.

Clerke's &c Estate.

Ordered, That the Committee to whom the Bill for making void a Conveyance and Settlement made by Sir Symon Clerke, was referred, be revived; to sit on Monday, in the Speaker's Chamber, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon.

Great Level of Fons.

Whereas there is a Day appointed; on Monday next, being the Second Day of December; for the Hearing of the Case between the Adventurers in the Great Level called Bedford Level, at the Bar of this House; It is this Day Ordered, That such Witnesses, as the Parties of either Side shall think fit to make use of at the said Hearing, do, and are hereby required to give their personal Attendance, at this House, upon the same Day; the Paties so summoning them allowing their reasonable Charges, if it be required, for their Attendance.

Peck's Estate.

Ordered, That the Committee to whom the Bill to enable Thomas Peck Esquire to sell Lands for Payment of his Debts, and make Provision for his Wife, was referred, be revived; to sit on Tuesday next, in the Star Chamber, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, according to their former Adjournment.

Confirming private Acts.

Ordered, That the Committee to whom the Bill for confirming private Acts is referred, be revived; and do meet in the Speaker's Chamber on Tuesday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon.

Bills of Nat.

Ordered, That the Committee for the Bill for naturalizing several Persons was committed, be revived; and do meet on Monday, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon.

Ordered, That the Name of the Daughter of Sir Charles Harbord be inserted into the Bill of Naturalizing.

Ordered, That this House be adjourned till Eight of the Clock on Monday: And that all Committees, that were to sit To-morrow, be adjourned; and do meet on Monday, in the Speaker's Chamber, at Two of the Clock.
