Fees in Out-ports.
SIR Anthony Irby reports from the Committee for the Out Ports, several Tables of Fees, agreed between the Merchants and Officers: Which he delivered in at the Clerk's Table.
Resolved, &c. That the several Tables of Fees, reported by the Committee, and signed by the Chairman, be ingrossed; and signed by Mr. Speaker; and attested by the Clerk of the House.
Lords desire a Conference.
A Message from the Lords, by Sir William Glascocke and Sir John Coell;
Mr. Speaker, The Lords desire a Conference with this House, at Ten of the Clock this Morning, upon the Bill concerning Shipping.
The Messengers being called in; Mr. Speaker acquaints them, That the House had agreed to the Conference at Ten of the Clock.
Resolved, &c. That these Members following do attend the Conference; Mr. Wren, Col. Birch, Mr. Love, Sir Richard Ford, Mr. Buscowen, Sir Geo. Downing, Col. Strode, Mr. Crowch, Col. Talbott, Mr. Jolliffe, Mr. Coleman, Mr. Ald. Bence.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir William Glascocke, and Sir John Coell;
Mr. Speaker, The Lords have returned you the Bill for Sale of Sir John Prettiman's Lands; and the Bill concerning Jurors; with some Amendments: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House.
Conference on Pirates Bill.
Sir Thomas Meeres reports from the Conference with the Lords, the Amendments by them made, and delivered at the Conference, to the Bill to prevent the Delivery of Merchants Ships to Pirates; and the Reasons given for the Amendments: Which he delivered in at the Clerk's Table: Which, being twice read, the Two first were, upon the Question, agreed; and the rest were not agreed to.
Prettyman's Debt to the Crown.
The House resumed the Debate of the Amendments to the Bill concerning the Sale of Sir John Prettyman's Lands: Which, being twice read, were, upon the Question, severally agreed to; and, being read a Third time, ordered to be inserted: And Sir John Birkenhead to carry it up to the Lords.
And then the House adjourned till Two of the Clock in the Afternoon.

THE House resumed the Debate of the Amendments to the Bill to prevent the Delivery up of English Ships to Pirates.
