A BILL to repeal a Clause in the Act concerning Highways, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That this Report from the Committee, to whom the new Bill for making a new Parochial Church in the Parish of St. Martin's in the Fields, was recommitted, be received To-morrow Morning, Ten of the Clock.

Message respecting disbanding the Forces.

The House then proceeded to the Consideration of his Majesty's Message: Which was read to the House.

The Question being propounded, That the Time be inlarged for disbanding the Forces that have been raised since the Twenty-ninth of September last;

The Question being put, That the Words "not exceeding the Twenty-seventh of July" be made Part of the Question;

Resolved, &c. That the Time be inlarged for disbanding the Forces that have been raised since the Twentyninth of September last, and are now beyond the Sea; not exceeding the Twenty-seventh of July.

Supply Bill; Disbanding the Forces.

The House then resolved into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed in the Consideration of the Bill for raising Two hundred thousand Pounds, for Paying and Disbanding the Forces that have been raised since the Twenty-ninth of September last.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Sir John Trevor took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Sir John Trevor reports from the said Committee, That they had made some Progress in the said Bill: And humbly moved from the said Committee, That they may have Leave to sit again To-morrow Morning, at Ten of the Clock.

Resolved, &c. That this House will, To-morrow Morning at Ten of the Clock, resolve into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed further in the Consideration of the Bill for raising Two hundred thousand Pounds, for Paying and Disbanding the Forces that have been raised since the Twenty-ninth of September last.

Ordered, That all Committees which were to sit this Afternoon, except the Committee to whom the Matter concerning the Fleet is committed, be adjourned.
