Prayers.

FRancisco de Lix, Son of Francisco Lopes, born at Bordeaux, did this Day take the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, before the Speaker, at the Clerk's Table, in order to his Naturalization; and was thereupon ordered to be added to the Bill of Naturalization.

Lady Routh's Estate.

Ordered, That the Bill concerning the Lady Routh be read the first Bill To-morrow Morning.

Deepeing Fen.

A Bill for settling the Draining of Deepeing Fen was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Sir Robert Carr, Sir Solom. Swale, Lord Fanshaw, Lord Richardson, Sir Thomas Allen, Sir Lanc. Lake, Sir John Ernley, Mr. Morice, Sir Wm. Kellegrew, Col. Ordered, That the ingrossed Bill concerning Mr. S. Perkins be read To-morrow Morning.

Southampton Parishes.

Ordered, That the Bill for uniting Parishes in Southampton be read To-morrow Morning.

Beckham's Estate.

Ordered, That the ingrossed Bill concerning Mr. Beckham be read on Thursday Morning.

Intestates Wives and Children.

A Bill for Relief of the Wives and Children of Persons dying intestate being tendered, and accepted, by Leave of the House;

Ordered, That this Bill, for Relief of the Wives and Children of Persons dying intestate, be read, To-morrow Morning.

Privilege.

Information being given of a Breach of Privilege, committed by John Danson and Robert Alsop, against Colonel Kirkby, a Member of this House, in taking his Horses and other Goods in Execution;

Ordered, That John Danson and Robert Alsop be sent for in Custody of the Serjeant at Arms, to answer their Breach of Privilege, in causing the Horses and Goods of Colonel Kirkby, a Member of this House, to be taken in Execution.

Thefts and Robberies.

The House then resumed the Debate of the Amendments to the Bill to prevent Thefts and Robberies.

The Clause tendered to be added to the Bill was read the Second time.

The First Paragraph of the Clause, touching Eighty Days for apprehending Thieves, was read.

The Question being put, To agree to this Paragraph;

Post Office.

Ordered, That the Bill concerning the Post Office be read on Saturday Morning.

Supply.

The House then resumed the Debate touching his Majesty's Supply.

And the Vote of the Committee of the whole House, touching an Imposition upon foreign Commodities, was read and debated; the Question in Debate being, That the Committee of the whole House for his Majesty's Supply be free to consider of a Way to raise Monies upon Wines;

And the Question being put, That the Words "but not by Excise," be added to that Question;

It passed in the Negative:

And the main Question being put; it was

Resolved, That the Committee of the whole House, for his Majesty's Supply, be free to consider of a Way to raise Monies upon Wines.

Resolved, &c. That this House will proceed in the Consideration of his Majesty's Supply on Thursday Morning next.

Lyndsey Level.

Ordered, That the Matter concerning Lyndsey Level Fen, appointed for Thursday next, be heard on the first Tuesday after Easter Week.

Stonehouse's Petition.

Ordered, That the further Hearing of the Cause upon the Petition of John, Mary, and Dorothy Stonehouse, appointed for Saturday next, be adjourned till Wednesday after Easter Week.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees be adjourned, that were to sit this Afternoon, except the Committees relating to his Majesty's Supply; the Committee to whom the Bill concerning Hearth Money is committed; the Committee to whom the Jurisdiction of the House of Lords is referred; and the Committee to which the Bill concerning Deane Forest is committed.
