Advowson of church of Milverton gr. to bp. Jocelin by William Briwer [May 1226] (Cal. I 489); conf. by abp. May 1226 (Acta S. Langton no. 86). Preb. attached to archdcnry. of Taunton by bp. Jocelin 3 Apr. 1241 (Cal. I 469). Papal conf. 5 Feb. 1245 (CPL I 213 = Reg. Innoc. IV no. 996).
