The House having heard this Day, at the Bar, Counsel between Earl Sterling, &c. and Mr. Levingston, recapitulating the Evidence in that Case:

To deliver to them the Bill concerning the restoring the Earl of Arrundell to the Dukedom of Norff. and desire their Concurrence.

ORDERED, The Earl of Midd. and the Lord Arrundell are added to the Earl of Dorsett's Committee.

Committee to consider of the E. of Arundel's Condition.

ORDERED, That the Committee concerning the Earl of Arrundell' Business be deferred until Tuesday next, in the Afternoon.
