Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for restoring Henry Lord Arrundell of Warder to the Possession of his Estate."

And the Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall pass as a Law?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Holt and Waring versus E. Derby.

Upon reading the Petition of Waynwright Holt and Waring, wherein the Earl of Derby is concerned; and in regard the Earl of Derby is not in Town:

It is ORDERED, That this Petition be respited till his Lordship be present, who is to see the Petition, and give what Answer therein as his Lordship shall think requisite.
