Astley's Nat. Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for naturalizing of Francis Astley."

E. of Arundel's Bill.

The Marquis of Dorchester reported from the Committee, the Bill for restoring the now Earl of Arrundell to the Dukedom of Norff.; which the Committee thinks fit to pass, with some Alterations.

His Lordship likewise reported, "That the said Committee had examined several Witnesses concerning the present Condition of the said Earl of Arrundell; and their Lordships were informed, that the said Earl is a perfect Lunatic, and hath a constant Physician with him; that he lives in the best House in Padua; and hath Twelve Servants to attend him, and all Things fitting for his Quality."

Then the Alterations were read Twice.

And, after a little Debate, it was ordered to be recommitted; and the Committee to (fn. 1) meet again on Saturday next, at Three of the Clock in the Afternoon: And the Lord Viscount of Stafford may have a Copy of the Bill.

E. of Dorset's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for settling a Rent Charge, issuing out of Knole, in Kent, upon Lands of the Earl of Dorsett's, in Sussex."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is committed to these Lords following:
