The Earl of Stamford reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for naturalizing Henry Von Holte and others," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

D. of Beaufort's Bill.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for discharging divers Manors and Lands of Henry Duke of Beaufort from the Portions of his Daughters and Younger Children by his present Dutchess; and for charging other Manors and Lands of the said Duke, of greater Value, with the like Portions."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H. C. with it.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by the Lord Chief Justice Trevor and Mr. Baron Price:

To carry down the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

Sir S. Pile's Bill:

After reading, and considering of, the Report made by Mr. Justice Tracy and Mr. Baron Price, upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for Sale of the Estate of Sir Seymour Pile Baronet, for Payment of his Debts; and laying out the Residue of the Money arising by such Sale, for a Provision for himself and his Family:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That on Saturday next, at Twelve a Clock, this House will take into Consideration the Petition of Wm. Vane Esquire, Youngest Son of the Right Honourable Christopher Lord Bernard, and Lucy his Wife, and Christopher Vane their Son; as also the Answer of Christopher Lord Bernard put in thereunto; whereof the Petitioners are to cause Notice to be given to the Lord Bernard.

Foreign Thread-lace, Bill to take off the Prohibition of.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to repeal all the Laws prohibiting the Importation of Foreign Lace made of Thread."
