Ordered, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to the Lords following; (videlicet,)
Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Saturday next, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.
Elson's Bill.
After reading, and considering of, the Report made by the Judges, upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable the Trustees of Wm. Elson, an Infant, to sell Part of his Estate, for Payment of his Father's Debts on Specialties:"
It is Ordered, That the said Bill may be read a Second Time.

Upon reading the Petition of several Country Lacebuyers and Lace-makers, whose Names are thereunto subscribed, in Behalf of themselves and others, the Country Lace-buyers and Lace-makers within this Kingdom, who frequent the Public Markets in the City of London; praying to be heard, by their Counsel, relating to a Clause in the Bill, intituled, "An Act to repeal all the Laws prohibing the Importation of Foreign Lace made of Thread:"
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners shall be heard, by One Counsel, at the Bar, on Saturday next, at Eleven a Clock.
Baines' Bill.
After reading, and considering, the Report made by the Judges, upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for rectifying a Mistake, and for supplying the Defects, in an Act of the Third Year of Her Majesty's Reign, for Sale of the Estate late of Edward Baines, for Discharge of a Mortgage thereupon, and making Provision for his Daughters:"
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Report shall be re-referred to the Judges, in order to receive Proposals how the Money shall be secured for the Children, and that the Trustees will accept the Trust.
Sir T. May's Bill.
This Day the Report made by the Judges, upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for removing some Obstructions in the Sale of the Manor or Lordship of Rawmeere, and other Estate of Sir Thomas May Knight, in the County of Sussex, and to enable him and his Trustees to sell and dispose of the said Manor and Premises, for Payment of his Debts," was read again, and further considered.
Fornhill and Stony-Stratford Highways Bill.
The Earl of Stamford reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for repairing the Highway, between Fornhill, in the County of Bedford, and the Town of Stoney Stratford, in the County of Buckingham," as fit to pass, with One Amendment.
After Debate;
The Question was put, "Whether this House shall agree with the Committee in the said Amendment?"
It was resolved in the Affirmative.
West Riding, York, Register Bill.
Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for Enrolment of Bargains and Sales within the West Riding of the County of York in the Register-office there lately provided; and for making the same Register more effectual."
After some Time, the House was resumed.
And the Earl of Stamford reported, "That the Committee had gone through the said Bill; and think it fit to pass, with some Amendments."
Ordered, That the Report from the Committee of the whole House, to whom the said Bill was referred, be made To-morrow, at Twelve a Clock.
Adjourn.
