Establishing Leases by the Prince, and his Officers to accompt upon Oath.

THE Lord Privy Seal, one of the Committees upon the Bill concerning Leases to be made by the Prince, and Accompts to be yielded by his Highness's Officers, declared to the House, That a convenient Number of the Committees being this Day assembled, according to former Appointment, it was alledged by the Prince's Attorney, That His Majesty's Learned Counsel had not as yet, by reason of other Service, had Time to consider of the said Bill; neither that himself was at this Time sufficiently provided for the Business; and further, That it would be fit and convenient, that the great Manor of Bromfeild and Yale be provided for and ordered in a several and distinct Bill by itself, and not included in the same Act with the Residue of his Highness's Possessions. In which respects, his Lordship further declared, That it is by his Highness's said Attorney desired, that a further Day may be appointed, for the Lords Committees aforesaid to meet. Whereupon it is Ordered, That the Committees aforesaid shall meet, for further Consideration of the said Bill, on Tuesday, the 20th of November, by Eight of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Painted Chamber.

Adjourn.

Dominus Cancellarius continuavit præsens Parliamentum usque in diem Martis, videlicet, 20m Novembris, inter horam 9m et 10m.
