The Counsel of the Competitors for the Earldom of Oxford, etc. appearing this Day at the Bar, upon Motion of one of the Counsel for the Heir Male of the said Earldom, the Hearing of this Cause is deferred till To-morrow Morning, at Eight of the Clock, for that (fn. 2) the rest of the said Counsel, being Members of the Commons House of Parliament, cannot be spared from thence at this Time.
