John Lloyd of Llannarth, co Cardigan, gent v Lewis William of the same

February 1639

Abstract

The cause of Lloyd's complaint against William remains unknown, but by 21 February 1639the case had been agreed between the parties and the agreement approved by the court. [For another case with Lloyd as plaintiff see cause 381].

Summary of proceedings

Dr Exton acted as counsel. On 21 February 1639 Dr Exton claimed that the case had been agreed between the parties; the agreement was approved and proceedings were relaxed.
