John de Croindole, doctor of canon law, kinsman of David, king of Scots. Whereas when the canonry of Ross and annexed prebend of Newerch and Roskevin ought to have been void by the dimission of Andrew de Busco on obtaining a canonry and prebend of Moray, and whereas Andrew continued to hold them by a new collation of the ordinary, and then on Andrew's death John obtained them by authority of the same ordinary, he prays for confirmation of the collation, or for provision anew, notwithstanding that he has a canonry of Aberdeen with the annexed church of Wchtyrles, and a canonry of Dunkeld, which he resigns.
