1404 John Walden esquire and John Leventhorp esquire. Indenture witnessing that John Leventhorp has delivered 40l. to the safe keeping of John Walden, upon condition that before St. John Baptist next John Walden shall cause Thomas Wesebeche clerk by deed enrolled in chancery or in other court of record to make to Thomas Westele vicar of Claverynge and John Basset esquire a release of all the lands, rents, services etc. in Claverynge called Chamberleins, otherwise he shall at that feast repay the said sum. Dated London, 1 January 5 Henry IV. French.
