1404 Walter Okehyrst of 'Southmymmys' co. Middlesex to Henry Mudsprot of Barnet co. Hertforde, his heirs and assigns. Charter with warranty of all his lands, rents and services in 'Southmymmys' sometime of Thomas Okehyrst his brother, with houses, gardens, woods etc., wards, reliefs, commons etc. Witnesses: John Dureham, Robert Crokysle, Geoffrey Persone, Richard Nicoll, John Habsalt, Richard Pounce, John Pounce. Dated 'Southmymmys,' 30 December 5 Henry IV.
